John Brier, CEO
John Brier serves as the CEO and President of Tinbu. John has a B.S. in Business from the University of Maine and an M.B.A. from Thomas College . He was a founder and the COO of Broadcast America, an internet broadcasting group that became the largest internet broadcaster in the world in the late 1990's, and has previously served as President of Softec Online, Inc., an online marketing company that generated multiple millions of dollars in revenue under his direction. John has also served as Executive Director of a New England based Big Brothers Big Sisters agency, and he has served as an officer in the U.S. Army and in the Massachusetts National Guard.

Bin Tu, CTO
Bin Tu serves as the CTO of Tinbu. Bin's education includes an M.S. in Computer Science 1995~1997, Department of Computer Science, State University of New York , Albany , NY B.E.in Systems Engineering 1985~1989, Department of Systems Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Mechanical Engineering (now named as University of Shanghai for Sciences and Technologies), Shanghai, China. Previous work experience includes 9-years with Lockhead Martin as a senior programmer working on complex aviation related software applications. Bin is the architect of the Tinbu technology platform.

Peter Hayward, VP of Marketing
Peter has his degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada in French and Physics. He spent 5 years in the capacity of Director of Recruiting covering the north east of the nation for Lander International, the world's largest IT audit recruiting firm. Peter was personally responsible for building a recruiting team from the ground up that resulted in a quarter-over-quarter sales growth for his entire tenure with the firm. To date he still holds many of their top sales levels achieved in the 30 year history of the firm. Prior to that Peter was the Director of Standards - Sales and Marketing for All Reporting Service, one of the largest information research and fraud investigation companies in California. There he was responsible for bringing on board their largest clients in the firm's 50 year history, resulting in the doubling of gross company revenues during his tenure. Prior to 9/11, Peter was a commercial ATP rated pilot licensed in both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft, working with a number of major airlines. He flew globally on the Boeing 747-400 based out of Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia with Cathay Pacific, as well as flying in the US with Atlas Air and Delta Airlines.

Jim Schonewolf, VP North American Sales
Jim is a 1991 Graduate of Penn State University earning a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to joining Tinbu Jim worked for over 9 years as a director of online content sales with The Sports Network, a leading supplier of real time sports information. Jim has over a decade of experience marketing online and wireless content to leading media groups around the globe.

Thomas Offner, VP of European Sales.
Thomas P. Offner is a high-caliber business development professional with over eleven years of international experience in the online media and automotive industry. Before joining Tinbu he was Director at Media Service Group AG and an Investment Manager with Intel Capital, based in Germany. He most recently served in a strategic market development leadership role with Audi AG overseeing Asian development from the companies head quarters in Germany. Thomas P. Offner is a graduate of Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and holds an Engineering Degree in Telecommunications.

Wade Dawe, Board of Directors Member.
Wade Dawe serves a member of Tinbu's Board of Directors. Wade is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist based in Halifax , Nova Scotia , Canada . Wade has raised over $100 million dollars in the public markets in the past 3-years. He is a founding partner of Brigus Capital, Southbound Investments, Inc., and currently serves as CEO/ President and/or as a board member of various public companies in Canada.

Daniel Whittaker, Advisor
Mr. Daniel Whittaker, MBA, CFA, is an investor focussing on early stage companies and serves as a director or officer in several public companies. He is the co-founder of Southbound Investments. Mr. Whittaker spent the early years of his career at Manulife Financial where he held the position of Assistant Vice President in the investment department. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree, a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
